This is a 4 hour Adult Sewing class to make up a Sweet Seams original pattern, 'The Bernadette Blouse'. Two versions are available to suit all abilities.
Bernadette 'A' is the sleeveless version with darts, a neck facing and bound armholes - suitable for beginner plus students and requiring just 1 metre of fabric.
Bernadette B is suitable for intermediate students. This version is for those who would like the challenge of sleeves and a collar and requires 1.5 metres of fabric.
Suitable fabrics would be woven fabrics: cottons, cotton blends, silks, linen, viscose. We have a large selection of fabrics in the shop, and all Sweet Seams students are eligible for a 10% discount. We recommend purchasing your fabric in advance to pre-wash if possible!
